Job Description

Microsoft AI is seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join the Growth team in shaping the next generation of AI systems, focusing on recommendation systems and feed algorithms for the personal AI assistant, Copilot.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline AND 4 years technical engineering experience
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R
• Experience with data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop)
• Demonstrated success in working with large datasets and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models for high-performance recommendation systems and personalized feeds
• Utilize large language models for creating scalable solutions in content understanding and user engagement
• Drive data-driven experimentation and analysis for identifying growth opportunities
