Microsoft AI is seeking an experienced Member of Technical Staff - Copilot AI Web Engineering Manager to help build Copilot web experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline AND 6 years technical engineering experience with web technologies including Typescript and React OR equivalent experience
• 3 years people management experience

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and lead a team of web engineers responsible for the quality and performance of Copilot's web products
• Ship delightful, AI powered experiences shaping how people interact with AI in the future
• Collaborate with Eng, Design, and Product leadership to prioritize features and deliver a world-class AI companion
• Design and build a performant front-end infrastructure driving multiple complex web applications
