Job Description

The Microsoft Cloud Operations + Innovation team is seeking a Construction Program Director to lead the deployment and delivery of large-scale datacenter capacity solutions in Phoenix, AZ.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
• 4+ years people management experience
• 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects

Responsibilities

• Manages team's deployment of large-scale datacenter solutions
• Analyzes and recommends delivery options based on best practices
• Coordinates with internal and external partners to resolve issues
• Reviews resource allocation and project progress reports
• Manages day-to-day coordination for meetings with vendors and contractors
