Job Description

North American Sortation Center (NASC) Engineering is seeking an innovative engineering project leader to develop and deliver next-generation sortation and transportation systems for Amazon.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in specialty engineering
• Experience with automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, robotics, and high-speed manufacturing
• Experience in Capital project management
• Strong technical skills in system architecture, optimization, and decision-making
• Ability to travel 15% globally

Responsibilities

• Lead design and innovation for sortation and transportation network
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to generate solutions
• Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Provide technical leadership for large-scale engineering projects
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior executives
