Job Description

AWS Infrastructure Services is responsible for the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure, supporting data centers and ensuring continual access to innovation for customers. This role focuses on influencing water chemistry and treatment for data centers globally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Chemical, Mechanical, or related engineering field with at least 5 years additional qualifying experience
• Cumulative 10+ years of experience in design engineering or construction industry related to water quality and chemical treatment
• Experience applying local codes, ICC requirements, and other water treatment industry standards

Responsibilities

• Influence water chemistry and treatment for global fleet of data centers
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to define, design, and document water treatment features
• Drive improvement of design standards and project approaches
• Coordinate with construction, commissioning, and risk management teams
• Ensure code compliance, design standards, and water supply evaluation
• Travel up to 25% for project-related work
