Job Description

Join the AWS Infrastructure Services team to work in some of the most sophisticated and secure data centers in the world, maintaining critical infrastructure systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of electrical or mechanical experience
• Technical (Military/Trade School) training or equivalent experience in a relevant industry
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities

• Perform daily building rounds to monitor critical infrastructure equipment
• Assist in troubleshooting facility and rack-level events
• Perform rack installs and decommissioning within SLAs
• Write technical documentation to support change management
• Manage daily work requests and execute projects from start to finish
• Provide on-site support for contractors and vendors
• Work in shifts up to 12 hours including night shifts and on-call rotations
