Job Description

The job involves obtaining input from stakeholders to make quality product decisions, improve processes, and identify root causes of product problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 3 years of experience as a Product, Design or Validation Engineer, or related position
• Experience with Engineering Standard Work (ESW), iDFMEA, Failure Incident Report Group (FIRG), product problem solving, and product verification and validation

Responsibilities

• Develop product verification and system validation plans
• Evaluate test results to ensure products meet technical requirements
• Identify and mitigate potential product failure modes
• Create mechanical design specifications
