IT Junior Engineer – Technical Deliver Intern (Summer 2026)

Job Description

Elanco is offering a summer internship program for students enrolled in information sciences degree programs with a focus on animal health. Interns will have the opportunity to work on project-based assignments and present their findings to a larger group at the end of the program.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in information sciences degree program (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics)
• Interest in animal health
• Highly motivated and driven
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Decision-making within uncertainty and ambiguity
• Interest in application development and support

Responsibilities

• Complete a specific project within the 12-week timeframe
• Present project findings to a larger group
• Network within the organization and demonstrate leadership capabilities
• Work with current Elanco application product teams on real-life projects
• Partner with Elanco personnel to gather application information
