Job Description

The job involves providing customer service activities associated with updating, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing highly complex capital equipment at customer sites. The position is based in O'Fallon, MO.

Requirements

  • Master's Level Degree or Bachelor's Level Degree with 2 years related work experience
  • Technical knowledge, education, and training in system level troubleshooting and repair
  • Good interpersonal/communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and with exacting timelines

Responsibilities

  • Update, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair technical equipment problems at customer sites
  • Assure operational quality of system equipment and minimize downtime
  • Prepare field service reports and assist in preparing quotes for equipment repairs
  • Provide mentorship and technical assistance to less experienced support engineers
