Job Description

Arcadis is seeking a Principal Substation Electrical Engineer to join their Power Delivery & Renewable team, responsible for coordinating and performing hands-on substation electrical engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in substation engineering & design
• PE License
• Proficiency in critical Engineering Software
• Experience in Power Delivery Substation Electrical consultancy businesses

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Substation Electrical team
• Develop utility and developer projects from conceptual layout to completion
• Coordinate with various engineering disciplines for project design
• Act as Project Manager, Proposal Manager, and Technical Lead
• Mentor junior team members and conduct quality assurance
