Senior Mask Design Engineer - Hardware

Job Description

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Mask Layout Design Engineer to contribute to the latest generation chiplet interface projects.

Requirements

• BSEE or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 8+ years industry experience in Mask and Layout Design
• Deep understanding and previous experience for FinFET technology
• Proficiency with Cadence custom circuit design tools
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Knowledge of scripting languages like perl, python, skill

Responsibilities

• Performing physical layout for mixed-signal functions
• Working closely with mixed-signal design engineers
• Participating in floor planning, custom layout, and verification processes
