Job Description

Tesla is seeking a Sr. Staff Manufacturing Engineer to lead a team focused on high-volume production launches and drive the development of scalable manufacturing systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in CAD tools (Catia and AutoCAD preferred)
• Deep knowledge of mechanical assembly techniques and electrical integration
• Familiarity with torque tools, automation equipment, control systems, and communication protocols
• Production Transition Experience
• Resilience & Adaptability
• Communication & Organization skills
