Sr. Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of work experience of software testing experience including design and develop test automation framework
• Proficient in Python and JavaScript
• Passionate about troubleshooting errors to determine root cause and prevent future occurrence
• Excellent communication skills with detail and result oriented mindset
• Comfortable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple deadlines

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize automated testing frameworks for large-scale web and mobile applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test automation suites in Java, Python, and JavaScript
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior QA engineers, and analyze test results and defect patterns
• Champion quality assurance initiatives and drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis
• Author detailed documentation and training modules on automated testing strategies
