Engineering Program Manager, Retail & Marcom Engineering

Job Description

The position oversees multiple projects, bridging the gap between business users and technical implementers to ensure seamless consumer experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
• 10+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a complex enterprise environment
• Experience leading digital transformation program
• Experience in data governance
• At least 3 years of experience in Product Information Management (PIM)

Responsibilities

• Collaboration with IT infrastructure, network, and security organizations
• Lead cross-functional teams to define scope and project objectives
• Develop project schedules and budgets
• Communicate program and project status to stakeholders
• Manage rollout, release, post-launch support, and issue triage
• Gather project requirements and develop project plans
• Adjust interpersonal approach to effectively work with others
• Communicate with global stakeholders with varied strengths
• Discover and eliminate complexity and ambiguity in projects
• Maintain momentum and follow through on project details
• Manage multiple projects within a fast-paced environment
