Sr. Industrial Design Engineer, NASC Engineering

Job Description

NASC Engineering is looking for an innovative engineering project leader to develop and deliver next-generation sortation and transportation systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in specialty engineering roles
• Experience with automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, robotics, and high-speed manufacturing
• Experience in process design based on Lean Principles
• Experience in Capital project management
• Experience with system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, statistical analysis, and decision making
• Proficiency in software like MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD

Responsibilities

• Lead design and innovation efforts for sortation and transportation network solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for cost-effective solutions
• Manage multiple engineering projects and tasks
• Provide technical leadership for large-scale projects
• Communicate technical solutions effectively to senior executives
