Job Description

Google is seeking a software engineer to work on next-generation technologies in artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
• 2 years of experience with experience with machine learning algorithms and tools (e.g., TensorFlow), artificial intelligence, deep learning, or natural language processing.
• 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve core agent cognitive architecture for Jules.
• Improve agent state structure and update, using context engineering.
• Lead efforts to benchmark performance on Gemini and Jules benchmarks.
• Collaborate closely with product, infrastructure, and research teams.
