Job Description

Amazon is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to join the Reputational Marketing & Insights team. The role involves tracking and understanding brand perception through survey-based insights to inform strategic communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other technical degree
  • 3+ years of data engineering, database engineering, business intelligence, or business analytics experience
  • Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
  • Experience using SQL and scripting experience (Python) for data processing
  • Knowledge of a scripting language (Python, R, etc.)
  • Experience conducting complex data analysis and translating results into actionable deliverables
  • Experience working in an interdependent team and developing processes at scale

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain automated reporting, dashboards, and analyses
  • Produce clear and compelling ad hoc charts and visual narratives
  • Own the data pipeline and automation processes for brand perception tracking
  • Identify and execute on future-facing, data-related strategic opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve tech stack and BI infrastructure
  • Scale learnings and insights to other teams in CCR and the broader Amazon community
