Requirements

• Experience with Linux/Unix
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience debugging, diagnosing, and troubleshooting complex, production software issues
• Experience in supporting field debug of wireless and networking issues using cloud-based control systems
• Deep understanding of wifi and ethernet stacks and protocols
• Ability to independently design and implement experiments to isolate and root cause an issue

Responsibilities

• Support customer-facing and engineering teams in debugging complex field issues
• Develop tools to help quickly triage and root-cause complex wifi and networking issues
• Develop framework for automatic detection of field issues, without customer involvement or prompting
