Job Description

Google is seeking a software engineer to work on advanced camera features for Pixel Phones within the Platforms and Devices team. The role involves developing computer vision systems and leveraging ML infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
• 3 years of experience with computer vision, video generation, or signal processing.
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
• 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
• Experience designing computer vision systems.

Responsibilities

• Write and test product or system development code.
• Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews.
• Contribute to existing documentation or educational content.
• Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve.
• Design and implement computer vision systems, leverage ML infrastructure.
