Imaging Hardware Engineering Program Manager

Job Description

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, working with stakeholders to plan requirements and manage project schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience in program management
• Experience across all phases of product development
• Experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Hardware Engineering, Silicon Engineering, or related domain
• 5 years of experience in managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
• 3 years of experience in engineering development or program management supporting hardware imaging technology development
• Experience in the consumer hardware industry
• Experience with camera module and optics engineering

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand or identify defined work problems and program goals
• Prioritize program goals, translate stakeholders' needs into program goals, and contribute to decisions on prioritizing goals and deliverables
• Define project scope and develop project plans
• Review key metrics, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective actions
• Identify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to drive impact and work toward mutual goals
