Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience building and maintaining high-performant, responsive and user-friendly web applications
  • Expertise in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript with mastery of at least one modern framework (React, Angular, Vue, or Svelte)
  • Experience with designing and implementing APIs
  • Comprehensive knowledge of web stack fundamentals, performance optimization techniques, and security
  • Strong UX/UI design understanding with a creative eye for visual details
  • Cloud platform expertise for deploying scalable, reliable solutions
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts
  • Ability to guide teams through iterative planning, execution, and delivery processes
  • Understanding of designing for resilience and self-healing capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead and build web applications, improving performance, scalability, and accessibility
  • Drive best practices in linting, testing, patterns/paradigms, documentation, processes, etc.
  • Design and build high-quality, reusable web components and libraries
  • Translate creative concepts into tangible, user-centric features
  • Own the full web application lifecycle from debugging to implementing robust solutions
  • Mentor and coach less experienced engineers
  • Research novel technologies and build proofs of concept
  • Promote technical excellence and innovation
