Join Apple's AI/ML FM Data organization as a Sr ML Engineering to drive ML innovations and improve Foundation Models through data augmentation strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on ML engineering experience
• Master or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics
• Prior experience as an ML modeler/scientist/researcher
• Knowledgeable in classic machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks
• Familiarity with multi-modal data and large models including image and video
• Strong software engineering skills and mindset

Responsibilities

• Algorithm development by defining important signals in prompts, responses, and CoT reasoning steps
• Model evaluation to ensure balanced eval-set and improve model capabilities
• Conducting ablation experiments to test data augmentation strategies
• Efficiently processing and filtering large amounts of data
