• 5 years of experience leading ML design and optimizing ML infrastructure
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role
• 2 years of experience with GenAI techniques
• 2 years of experience in a people management role

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate team priorities
• Set clear expectations with individuals based on role
• Develop mid-term technical goals and roadmap
• Design and vet systems designs
• Review code developed by other engineers
