Subscriptions & Commerce Data Scientist

Job Description

Apple Media Products Data Science & Analytics team is seeking a Subscriptions & Commerce Data Scientist to design, analyze, and optimize on commerce initiatives including offers, billing retry, and other subscription mechanics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or Analyst in digital media, subscription, or fintech environments
• Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or R
• Applied expertise in statistics, probability, and experimental techniques
• Demonstrated project ownership with an ability to condense & communicate complex data into clear, actionable business insights
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent professional experience

Responsibilities

• Design and build datasets, reports, and dashboards to monitor commerce platform performance at scale
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support major business initiatives within services
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
