• 8 years of experience with software development
• 7 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, or networks
• 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role
• 5 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate team priorities
• Align strategy, processes, and decision-making across teams
• Develop long-term technical goals and roadmaps
• Review code developed by other engineers
• Provide feedback to ensure best practices
