Requirements

• Familiarity with audio software
• 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional software projects
• Good knowledge of software development processes
• Ability to dive into technical details

• Great attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Drive large cross-functional efforts to build features ground-up
• Partner with engineering management to oversee all aspects of projects
• Define, schedule, prioritize, track, measure, and communicate status up to exec levels
• Identify and mitigate risks, remove road blocks, and facilitate communication between teams
• Lead efforts across teams representing multiple layers of the software stack and other cross-functional partners
• Lead and develop new processes and ideas
