Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience
• 8 years of experience with software development
• 7 years of experience building software for data privacy or security
• 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role
• 5 years of experience in people management or team leadership
• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field
• 5 years of experience working in a matrixed organization

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate team priorities aligned with organizational goals
• Develop long-term technical goals and roadmap for teams
• Oversee system designs and review code for best practices
• Provide feedback, coaching, and guidance to engineers
• Review product or system development code to solve ambiguous problems
