Job Description

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role troubleshooting hardware and software
• Active US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) security clearance with Polygraph
• Ability to lift/move 50lb (23kg) of equipment and exert oneself physically over extended periods of time

Responsibilities

• Support capacity deployment by managing build milestones and timelines
• Troubleshoot OS-related issues and improve diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques
• Deploy and configure integrated hardware and software solutions remotely and on customer sites
• Utilize software tools for inventory management, OS configuration, and troubleshooting
• Contribute to creating and enhancing documentation for new platforms and support activities
