Job Description

The Product Manager Intern - Powerwall role at Tesla involves defining and launching software features and functionalities to support Tesla's residential energy business.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related field
• Blend of technical skills, business acumen, and customer empathy
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Excel for modeling and analytical studies
• Passion for energy and accelerating the energy transition
• Experience with market research, user surveys, and software development
• Knowledge of Solar and/or Battery Systems
• Familiarity or interest in Internet of Things (IoT) and smart home technologies

Responsibilities

• Collect market information from customers and global sales teams
• Perform technical analysis to understand product requirements
• Prepare internal and external documents for product features
• Organize and lead internal demos of product features
• Derive actionable insights from Tesla datasets for product marketing
• Work with Program and Product Managers to track progress and risks
