Senior Software Engineer - Agentic AI

Requirements

• Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, or related discipline
• 5+ years of proven industry experience
• Proficiency in Python, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
• Experience with fine-tuning large language models, building advanced multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, and vector databases
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Lead Agentic AI solutions and integrate with enterprise production systems
• Design and deploy AI applications using LLMs and related technologies
• Develop retrieval and generation algorithms for enterprise data
• Deploy LLM-powered solutions for engineering assistants and dialogue systems
• Utilize AI technologies to solve complex problems in chip design
