DFM PCBA Engineer

Job Description

The job involves developing and maintaining PCBA processes and procedures at Apple, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting component engineering and ECAD librarians.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience with microelectronics fabrication and PCBA assembly
• BS in engineering disciplines (mechanical, industrial, chemical, electrical or materials science)

Responsibilities

• Verification of Quick Turn PCBA Vendor Technical Capabilities
• Develop and Maintain PCBA DFM Procedures and Checklists
• Support Component Engineering by Ensuring Component Specification Content meets PCBA DFM Requirements
• Develop and Maintain Data Requirements for PCBA PVT Assembly at Apple Subcontractors
• Ensure Maintenance of Approved Manufacturing Processes at PCBA Manufacturing Subcontractor
