SoC Correlation Product Engineer

Job Description

Join our Silicon Technologies group at Apple to help design and manufacture next-generation high-performance, power-efficient processors and system-on-chip devices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree + 3 Years of Experience
• Experience with system level characterization using functional / virus like worst case use cases & correlating to ATE.
• Understanding of PDN impact on Vmin, ATE test content, system level test programs/ functional content and test hardware.
• Experience working with and driving cross functional teams.
• Statistical data analysis tools to perform high volume characterization & production data analysis.
• Experience in scripting (Python, JMP, PERL etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform measurements impacting SoC power & performance for next-generation products.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with ATE and software teams to develop case tests and benchmarks for production testing.
• Characterize test setups, correlate to ATE, and optimize production screening guardband.
• Define characterization plans, perform statistical data analysis, and drive correlation across teams.
• Manage multiple programs at different stages and act as a central point of contact for multiple teams.
