Supply Chain Analyst

Job Description

Meta's Enterprise Supply Chain team is seeking a skilled and ambitious Supply Chain Analyst to drive process improvement and operational success across Meta's global supply chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
• At least 4 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of E2E supply chain and business systems analysis
• Experience in process improvement (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
• Direct experience working with and managing vendor suppliers
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize internal partner programs by designing and improving operational systems and processes
• Centralize and standardize operations with key vendor suppliers
• Gather business requirements, analyze operational needs, and partner with BI and engineering teams
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
