Job Description

Apple is looking for a Test Management Program Manager to join the Business Process Re-engineering group and support planning, coordinating, and executing tests for projects in the Operations organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years in lead position during SAP implementations in Logistics execution, supply chain, and order to cash processes. S4HANA experience is desirable.
  • Minimum 7 years for managing and executing system integration testing or user acceptance testing for complex, highly integrated projects.
  • Experience in Operations and various Supply Chain functions
  • Ability to create, drive, and support test strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Drive successful release of system enhancements/new functionalities through effective testing.
  • Manage end to end test activities including test strategy, process management, team coordination, and communication.
  • Collaborate with Test automation team to determine test automation approach and scope.
  • Create, maintain, and report testing metrics including SLAs and KPIs.
  • Facilitate creation of test cases, test scripts, and end to end test scenario creation.
  • Coordinate smoke testing, environment planning, and test data readiness.
  • Facilitate triage calls and drive issues to resolution with IS&T and business partners.
  • Negotiate with cross functional teams and business partners to remove barriers and drive results.
  • Create and maintain overall testing knowledge repository for the BPR team.
  • Continuously improve testing best practices and methods.
