Job Description

As a DevOp Architect, you will be a core team member driving digital transformation of our marketing/e-commerce website, influencing the design, scale, and management of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines and application stacks.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in infrastructure engineering, cloud engineering, DevOps, or software engineering
  • Experience in building and supporting mission-critical, large-scale systems and/or services
  • Proficient in Linux systems and source control management, including Git and SVN
  • Experience with systems such as Splunk/Prometheus/Grafana that prioritize observability
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and managed solutions like EKS or GKE
  • Proficiency in web servers and load balancers such as Apache HTTP Server, Nginx, HAProxy
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCE, Azure, or similar
  • Proficiency in one of the programming languages such as Python, Go, Java
  • Experience in building build/release (CI/CD) systems using Jenkins, Spinnaker, Harness or similar
  • 10-12 years of IT work experience, including 4 or more years as an Engineering Architect

Responsibilities

  • Lead architecture, implementation, and optimization efforts of cloud platforms
  • Ensure smooth software delivery pipelines
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement
  • Influence strategic decisions regarding infrastructure and automation tools
