Software Reliability & Stability Quality Engineer, Siri

Job Description

The Siri Software Reliability & Stability Quality Engineer at Apple will be responsible for automating, running, and reporting tests on automation racks, working cross-functionally, and delivering rich Apple Quality features to customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of industry experience
• Strong programming and software design skills, preferably in Swift and/or Python
• Experience in building automated UI and non-UI tests for user facing applications or system frameworks
• Ability to proactively triage, investigate, and debug technical and UX problems independently
• Highly organized with strong planning skills

Responsibilities

• Automate, run, and report tests on automation racks
• Work cross-functionally to identify key issues and deliver rich Apple Quality features
• Create and utilize LLM tools
• Write new automated tests and user-level test automation tools
• Understand features, identify testing requirements, and create test plans
• Track software bugs, identify issue trends, escalate bugs, and verify fixes
