System Development Engineer, eero Business Systems

Job Description

Seeking an experienced System Development Engineer to join eero's Business System team responsible for architecting, implementing, and maintaining mission-critical AWS infrastructure.

Requirements

• Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust
• Experience with Linux/Unix
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes

Responsibilities

• Design and own business-critical AWS services
• Drive cloud architecture strategy and best practices across Business Systems
• Develop and maintain integrations using RESTful services, SOAP, and database connections
• Develop endpoints in systems that connect to AWS
• Architect robust error management and control systems
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high code quality standards
• Create comprehensive technical documentation
