SLT Systems Software Engineer

Job Description

The system software engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software that powers current and next-generation system-level test equipment at Apple.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proficiency in C/C++/C# and Python programming languages
• Experience with developing large, complex system software
• Strong understanding of network technologies and protocols
• Experience with system level test equipment or Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
• Knowledge of SEMI standards, machine learning, data analysis, databases, and SQL
• Project management experience

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with various teams to develop and integrate best-in-class software and hardware
• Design, develop, and maintain application & hardware abstraction layer software, drivers, and test programs
• Develop silicon characterization algorithms, diagnostics routines, and performance measurement tools
