Water Engineering Intern

Job Description

Arcadis is seeking an engineering intern to join their Water Business Line in El Paso, focusing on projects related to water, wastewater, and stormwater treatment and conveyance.

Requirements

• Pursuing a BS in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering, or a closely related academic discipline
• Knowledge of engineering concepts, theories, and practices related to water/wastewater/stormwater
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, planning, and designing projects for water, wastewater, and stormwater treatment and conveyance
• Assessing, developing, and supporting the management of sustainability and resilience projects
• Performing fieldwork activities such as conducting site visits and water quality analyses
• Troubleshooting processes and optimizing operations
• Supporting asset management projects by conducting data analytics and assessments
