Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in power management or power design/methodology.
• 6 years of experience in development, testing, and deployment for Android BSP.
• Experience in system modeling and performance optimization.
• Experience with Embedded Processors.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional hardware and software teams to model power consumption.
• Analyze and improve software running across key components of the chipset SoC.
• Debug and resolve battery drain issues.
• Collaborate with Android app teams across Google to help improve power.
• Develop tools and tests for validating and monitoring power consumption.
