Civil Project Engineer - Florida - Land & Site Development

Job Description

Arcadis is seeking a Project Engineer to join the group and focus on Civil Engineering related to site development and redevelopment.

Requirements

• Florida Licensed (PE) or PE candidate Civil Engineer with 3-5 years experience in land and site development
• Experience in Civil / Land Development sector for single site and municipal type projects
• Proficient skills with AutoCAD Civil 3D software
• Ability to work well with team members and develop mentor staff
• Good communication and client relationship skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with completion of construction documents for site development, water resources, and civil projects
• Preparation of construction documents, calculations, and reports for public or private clients
• Lead design effort of public infrastructure roads, sidewalks, stormwater and utility improvements
• Lead design effort of subdivision master plans, grading plans, and utility plans for new developments and redevelopments
• Work with municipalities on necessary permits
• Client interface and coordination
• Project management of site development or redevelopment
• Water management analysis experience with M-D DERM, Broward County EPD and SFWMD
