Project Water Engineer

Job Description

Arcadis is seeking a Project Water Engineer to join their team in Rochester, NY, focusing on drinking water planning, design, and construction.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering with a focus on drinking water
• Experience in design or consulting engineering or Municipal work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or related field of study

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of detailed engineering calculations & analysis
• Complete design tasks within budget and on schedule
• Prepare scopes of work, cost estimates, and other project documentation
• Support the work of others and mentor junior-level engineers & design/drafting technical staff
• Work directly with clients to determine needs and provide solutions
• Maintain compliance with all Arcadis practices and quality and safety standards
• Travel may be required for site visits, client meetings, or construction oversight based on project needs
