Requirements
BS and a minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience
Strong knowledge of solid mechanics and heat transfer
Hands-on experience in FEA
Responsibilities
Own and execute FEA for structural, dynamic, and thermal analysis
Perform CFD simulations to optimize thermal performance
Build automated workflows using commercial tools
Use sensitivity analysis and data-driven approaches for design decisions
Support models with material characterization and validation testing
Lead failure analysis and root cause investigations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models
