Job Description

The Microsoft 365 Customer Experience Analytics and Automation (CXPAA) team is looking for a Customer Experience Data Analyst to join their mission of transforming customer and product experiences across Microsoft 365.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field
  • OR Associate's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field OR equivalent experience
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large-scale datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
  • Develop trend analysis and data modeling solutions
  • Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and business stakeholders
  • Build dashboards and visualizations
  • Design and implement data pipelines and tools
  • Define metrics and KPIs for CX initiatives
  • Contribute to data governance and quality standards
  • Identify and drive efficiency opportunities using AI
