Director - Supply Chain Strategy & Engineering

Job Description

Meta is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Strategy & Engineering to lead the transformation and automation of its infrastructure supply chain to support Meta's AI-fueled product experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience leading global, complex supply chain teams in infrastructure or related domain
• 10+ years of experience deploying E2E Supply Chain Solutions (ERP, SCM, PLM, etc) in an infrastructure area
• Experience in leading software development projects and teams
• Expertise in building and scaling supply chain capabilities in fast-changing technology domains
• Demonstrated success in partnerships to execute supply chain strategy and execution

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and lead implementation to solve important challenges across Meta’s infrastructure supply chain
• Lead technology direction and implementation of supply chain solutions
• Identify and scale Meta’s infrastructure supply chain capabilities
• Engage with leaders across the supply chain team to understand key problems and issues
• Lead design and implementation of complex solutions for sustained supply chain capabilities
• Establish structured communication strategy to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
