Senior DL Algorithms Engineer - Inference Performance

Job Description

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior DL Algorithms Engineer to optimize Deep Learning workloads and impact the hardware and software roadmap.

Requirements

• PhD in CS, EE or CSEE or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience
• Strong background in deep learning and neural networks, especially inference
• Experience with performance profiling, analysis, and optimization for GPU-based applications
• Proficient in C++, PyTorch or equivalent frameworks
• Deep understanding of computer architecture and GPU architecture fundamentals

Responsibilities

• Implement language and multimodal model inference for NVIDIA Inference Microservices (NIMs)
• Contribute features, fix bugs, and deliver production code to TRT-LLM
• Profile and analyze bottlenecks across the inference stack for performance optimization
• Benchmark DL models inference and perform competitive analysis for NVIDIA SW/HW stack
• Collaborate with other SW/HW co-design teams to enable AI-powered services creation
