Job Description

Seeking an International Quality Engineering Lead to drive internationalization test strategy, automation, and reporting while ensuring highest quality standards for global products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of proven experience in software quality engineering, including functional and International testing
• Strong technical expertise in automation, test frameworks, and quality metrics
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading multi-functional, multi-timezone teams and driving project delivery independently

Responsibilities

• Represent the team in sponsor reviews and leadership forums
• Own functional testing across locales
• Drive automation and reporting for efficiency and accuracy of test results
• Act as DRI for International projects
• Collaborate across multi-timezone teams
• Identify infrastructure and tooling needs
• Communicate project status effectively
• Mentor and guide peers on International best practices
