Operations Engineering Manager

Job Description

The Operations Engineering Manager will be a hands-on leader managing a team of lab engineers, collaborating with partner teams, and leading multiple concurrent projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing a team
• 5+ years experience administering software services in a Unix environment
• Solid understanding of basic project management principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Puppet or Ansible
• BS degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience

• Support deployment, administration, and troubleshooting of devices at scale
• Collaborate effectively with partner teams
• Lead multiple concurrent projects to ensure excellent delivery
