Job Description

As an Engineering Project Manager at Apple, you will oversee and manage complex software development projects from initiation to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in engineering project management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and software product development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to follow through on tasks effectively.
• Hands-on experience using JIRA and MS Excel.
• B.S/M.S in Computer Science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage software development projects from concept to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Plan and execute Sprint planning sessions and monitor project progress.
• Track and report project status to senior management and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a collaborative environment.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
