Job Description

Apple's SAP Global Systems team is seeking an SAP EPM to work on operations and financial transactional platforms supporting various Apple functions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of SAP configuration experience in service management
• Experience in service or order management business processes
• Experience in SAP SM-SD or SD-FI business process integration
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Build solutions for compliance and fraud control
• Perform SAP configurations and guide development teams
• Prepare technical project cutover plan
• Incorporate performance engineering concepts
• Engineer proactive systems monitoring and alert solutions
• Build knowledge of emerging areas in AI/ML
